met Mel Nicholls through #DoddieAid in January 2021 and was blown away by her personality and enthusiasm for life. I had a look at her cool website and knew she was a special lady.

I’ve known Rhona Lloyd for a lot longer! I first met her in her last year at primary school and was then her teacher for 6 years. I’m not surprised that she now finds herself as a potential Olympian, it has always been her dream. I’m glad she followed my advice and gave up Rugby…
