| Training Session Details | 20th June strength and conditioning training for 6 weeks, then pre- season- Tuesdays and Thursday evenings Senior mens. Thursday evening senior ladies training. Tuesday evenings Touch training. Training starts at 1930hrs and finishes at 2100hrs all floodlit. Sunday mornings Minis and Junior training.

| About The Club | The club celebrated its 60th anniversary this year. Also this season saw the reforming of a ladies team after 25 years 95% of which have never played rugby before. Also the 2nd mens team was formed after many years of not really having one. Since this the clubs seniors both men and women consists of 90 senior men and 40 senior women. It has a junior section of 140 from ages 4- 14 years. As a club we are always looking at attracting more players of all age groups. The 1st team has won their league this season and being promoted to the Essex league. We are always trying to attract players of all abilities to a friendly well structured, fun environment for all. Promoting TREDS on a regular basis in all age ranges. |
