| About The Club | Welcome to TOR RFC Tor RFC is a family friendly rugby club, based in Glastonbury, Somerset with thriving Playing, Social and Youth rugby sections. Tor 1st XV Tor have run a senior side since its inauguration in 1954. The side will be competing in Tribute Somerset Premier league for the 2019/2020 season. Training is held at the club under floodlights on Tuesdays and Thursdays 19.00-21.00pm. Tor 2nd XV Tor 2nd XV (United) will be competing in Tribute Somerset 2 South for the 2019/2020 season. Tor 3rd XV (Vets) Tor 3rd XV, formerly the Tigers, are now associated with the ‘Vets’ who are the Tor stalwarts that can’t get enough of playing Rugby! This side play local fixtures on Friday nights under lights for social intercourse and banter. Tor Minis & Juniors Tor M&Js have grown from only 5 players a few years ago, to over 200 turning up on Sundays last year. All children are welcome from the age of four, and we have teams for every age group up to colts Training takes place at 10am on Sunday mornings – All are welcome. |
