Women’s Rugby

We run a Performance Rugby program and our female athletes compete at the highest level of competition in Ireland.

We provide a high standard of coaching, athletic development, S&C, medical support, and video analysis.

Men’s Rugby

We field three Men’s sides, catering for players at all levels of the game, including those new to rugby.

Our Men’s 1s & 2s train on field twice a week, whilst our Men’s 3s train once a week on Wednesdays and play on Saturdays.

In addition, Strength & Conditioning programs are designed by our S&C coaches. These programs is delivered personally to each player’s phone can be done on-site at our S&C facility or remotely.  Players also have access to the club’s Player Welfare team for medical and physio support.

We field a Legends team, consisting of retired players, who play two to three games a year against touring opposition.

We always welcome new players, so please contact us if you wish to play with us.

We also play on the Summer 7s circuit, taking in competitions in Flanders, Kinsale, Kilkenny, Tullamore and Wicklow, amongst others.
