East London RFC is in Memorial Park (Memorial Recreation Ground), 71 Holland Road, West Ham, E15 3BP, less than a five-minute walk from West Ham Station, served by the Jubilee, District and Hammersmith & City Underground lines, c2c rail services and the Docklands Light Railway.

East London RFC has three men’s teams (1st XV, the Wyverns 2nd XV, and the Thirsty Thirds 3rd XV) and one women’s team (the Vixens). It also has a veterans’ team (Percy’s Pirates), which plays occasionally throughout the season and takes part in the annual Snow Rugby tournament in Austria.
