| Training Session Details | We train and RISCA RFC on a Wednesday night at 7.30pm. All abilities are welcome as training sessions and games are tailored and conditioned to suit everyone’s needs and abilities. You can train from 14 years old and play MA at 18 and touch from 16 years. There are many advantages with being associated with the regional ALLSTARS. If you think anyone in the club would be interested in joining us as well as playing for your club, please pass the info on or we would be very grateful if you could post this on your social media pages. | About The Club | The Dragons ALLSTARS is a mixed ability regional rugby side that covers the whole of the Dragons region.
Introduced by the Dragons in 2018 its aim is to give anyone the opportunity to play the game. It includes two sides – a men’s contact side and a mixed touch team.
The current sides consist of current players attached to league clubs, ex-players coming back into the game, people who are new to the game, both with disabilities and able bodied. It provides opportunities for disabled & non-disabled players to play contact or non-contact rugby together.
There are a number of club players who play for divisional teams on a Saturday and for the ALLSTARS on a Sunday as most of our fixtures fall on a Sunday. |
