We are a local and family friendly club located between Croydon and New Addington. Founded initially in 1956 as Shirley Wanderers, the club became Croydon RFC after merging with another local team, Old Croydoninans RFC  in 2003.

Our main role is to introduce rugby to children and adults, focussing on the development of their fitness and rugby skills while having the maximum fun on the pitch and outside.

We are very focussed on our local communities, using rugby as a means to reach the people around New Addington and Croydon and offering them a place to come, to enjoy their time and to be part of a bigger family.

Our senior team  is playing at a moderate level allowing players of all rugby background to join us and enjoy themselves, with new players developing fast their skills in a safe environment and more confirmed players to come back to rugby and enjoy the challenge of playing in a competitive league.
