What’s the best way to develop players without burning them out?
With so much focus on performance and development—especially in youth rugby—it feels like the line between progress and burnout is getting thinner.
How are your clubs managing training intensity, game time, and expectations to make sure players are growing without losing the love for the game (or getting injured)?
Are we asking too much too soon? Or is it just about smarter coaching and better communication?
Would love to hear how others are striking the balance—especially when dealing with committed players who always want to do more.
