Carlo Ancelotti – Has won all over Europe, will now do so in Brazil no doubt. He has managed some the best to ever play his sport, far better players than he was, and made each team better through levelling up all the players and not just relied on the top players to carry the team.

Being a one team club we have always struggled during these periods. We have gone to target specific weekends for fixtures rather than try to play every week. The tradition of hanging around for a beer or two post game now seems to have to have a real push and plenty of notice.
