Ireland have announced their squad for Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan. The biggest ommission (literally!) has seen Leinster lock, Devin Toner, not selected in the 31-man squad that is heading to Japan. Munster’s South Africa-born Jean Kleyn has been selected ahead of Toner.
