We have launched a live panel series for Facebook Live, where each week a panel made up of the people who make sure Rugby happens at your clubs, whether it is players, volunteers or coaches, come together to have a interactive chat on a big issue in the grassroots Rugby game.

Our first episode features a great discussion on player recruitment and retention, which is always a big issue in the grassroots game, but even more so with the unfortunate circumstances that we all find ourselves in at the moment. The panel and myself discuss a range of different areas that can help create an inclusive enviroments, how to attract new players but more importantly keep the players we do have interested especially when there isnt any Rugby being played.

Joining Fill Your Boots founder Sean Phelan were…

Robert Holmes – Racal Decca RFC
Jessica Hayden – Rugby Journalist & Epping Upper Clapton RFC
Stephen Leach – Staines RFC
