We understand how important volunteers are to grass roots sport, which is why we want to give something to them for FREE.

Tough Enough To Care have launched the “Clubhouse guide to Mental Health”, a FREE online mental health coaching session for sports club volunteers to gain a base knowledge and better understanding of mental ill health.

The 1 hour session is designed to provide a base knowledge and understanding of mental ill health, how to spot the signs and symptoms, engaging & signposting and what support is available further afield.

Tough Enough To Care

How can your club get involved?

Email us: help@toughenoughtocare.help to register your clubs interest.

We will then send out a contact from. We know that people have busy schedules, so we hope our availability on evenings and weekends will offer more flexibility.

Volunteers will be invited to attend a 1 hour Online session with one of our team who have previous suicide prevention training and lived experience of both living with and supporting mental ill health.

We then ask you to display our logo online and in the clubhouse to show all members, staff, volunteers and guests that YOUR sports club is “Tough Enough To Care about mental health”

The sessions are FREE. There are no hidden costs or charges. We simply want to give something back to those who give so much to sport.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact help@toughenoughtocare.help
